I am welcoming 2020 with the opening of a new office situated in Tampa to service Citrus Park and neighboring areas, including but not limited to, Westchase, Oldsmar, Greater Carrollwood, Town 'N' Country, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and Odessa. Josue and his team make every experience smooth and positive. His team members are amazing! They offers attentive support with experience knowledge. I couldn't ask for a better team. Yolanda was an excellent agent who treated my friends with respect and dignity. I used to be am insurance agent and I know the importance of quality customer service. My friends had just moved to Florida and finding insurance was very discouraging because of the high premiums common in the area. But Yolanda's courteous and knowledgeable demeanor was very appreciated by both myself and my friends. She was able to provide them with a very reasonable premium. New to town from Orange County CA and we googled State Farm agents driving by. So glad we did. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and we only waited about 2 minutes. Real nice office, modern and clean. We were introduced to Yolanda "Yoli". Super super friendly and accommodating. She helped us find the best rates and they are actually cheaper than California! The owner Josue literally stepped in to introduce himself as well! I had the same agent in Ca for 24 years and never met him. Highly recommend Yoli at this location and Josue Rivera as your local State Farm agent

Yoli is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always looks out for our best interest. Recently, she suggested we add our second car to our current auto insurance policy with State Farm. When we added the second car to our policy, we received a nice discount. Now we have the convenience of having both cars under the same policy and the same due date.

I do not normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so by the way Yolanda took care of me. She was friendly; knowledgeable; and fast. I called first thing in the morning for a quote on an auto insurance policy and within an hour I had received the quote; made the payment; and received the auto insurance card and the UM Selection form via e-mail. Now this is what I call great service. She also took the opportunity to remind me of the importance of life insurance.
