My daughter is attending Ohio State and so she is staying at buckeye village apartments because they were out of a dorm space. When I first entered the leasing office I was greeted by the blonde hair woman, she was really polite at the time. Then my daughter and I had to get the paperwork done so that she can move in when she started school and that woman was very helpful very polite and very patient. I feel the brunette I hate I am forgetting her name is the very polite one in the leasing office. She seems to really care about the students and her position. She worked with us until we found away

I’ve lived here for over a year now and my experience here has been amazing. I enjoy the community engagement activities every month and have met several of my neighbors through the events. The staff is also very kind and gets to know you personally. I would highly recommend Buckeye Village to anyone looking for a place.

My child was to attend OSU Mansfield campus and we thought this would be a nice place for her to stay since we don’t live close by. COVID-19 PANDEMIC happened and now her classes are online. Buckeye Village doesn’t care if students or their families have been impacted by this pandemic... They want their money! They don’t... or I should say WON’T offer any assistance. Not a discount or anything. They just repeatedly brought up the contract. I get it, but where’s the humanity?

Ive had several issues with this cheaply built apartment complex and company. Everything spanning from appliances easily breaking, leaking ceilings on the bottom floor, to mice with no response from staff when contacted.
On top of the rip off that are these apartments that loves to Nickel and dime the students at every chance they got. They only seek to deceive those when they “mess up the lease paperwork” and only desire the money from these poor students and their parents who are already dumping thousands into the nearby school.

The quality of living at Buckeye Village is not bad but prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Our electric bill has somehow managed to spike from about $30 to almost $80 a person. A friend of mine has an electric bill over $100 and she lives alone. Many others have complained about it as well. Now they are offering to waive your electric if you renew your lease. Scam???? I would recommend finding off campus apartments they would be much better and cheaper.
