Cedargate Apartments is conveniently located on Rt. 598, close to Rt. 30 for easy access to neighboring communities. If you're looking to unwind, Cedargate abuts Heise Park, one of four parks in Galion, and the recreational center. Just south of town, the city maintains three reservoirs that offer fishing, sedate walking trails, and disc golf.
We then process including running credit, criminal, and sex offender registry reports. This process typically takes less than one business day. The monthly rent includes water and sewer, trash, and free parking in our private parking lot. Every apartment has a private attic with pull down steps, flooring, and lights!

These apartments are horribly managed. You can't get maintenance to come fix anything. Lived here over a full year with no air or heat because they wouldn't fix the central air unit. Multiple times I went weeks with no dryer when I paid extra rent for them to provide washer and dryer for my apartment. The management talks negatively about the tenants to other tenants. Would never recommend anyone to rent here. Take pictures before and after or else they will try to charge you bogus charges for damage upon moving out. It's too bad 0 stars isn't an option.

Management is very rude and doesnt care about her tenants , maintenance fixes nothing. Electric bill extremely high. Always have to call upper management to get anywhere- they however are much better to deal with. Everything in apartment was broken, carpet ripped, trim cracked , windows not sealed ,and apartment was not cleaned before move In

While we would never disparage a tenant or former tenant, Alaina's review of Cedargate has a number of inaccurate statements and doesn't provide the whole story. We leased an apartment to her, with a co-signer, and she insisted on moving in immediately. When she vacated the apartment, she left the apartment clean, but there were outstanding charges assessed against the deposit. Cedargate is an award winning property year after year from the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association, the only apartment complex in the area to win such awards. Lived here for a year now. Real nice area close to main part of town yet tucked away just enough to be comfortable. Apartments are well kept as well as the maintenance of the entire complex. Rent prices are very fair, and management is great to get along with. Crystal is a wonderful manager, she has been super helpful with every question or concern while making it top priority to resolve any issue.

As a tenant here, I can vouch for the fact that majority of these reviews are coming from a 3rd party. Crystal has always been wonderful and is actually the best landlord I've ever dealt with. The apartments are always very clean and things get fixed around here within the week. She does a great job at keeping things nice. I have loved every minute of living here and can't think of a single complaint. Crystal has been very pleasant in any experience I've had with her.
