If I could give negative stars I would. I'm so upset I want to cry. This was the worst job I've ever gotten and it was not handled right at all. I hardly ever get my hair done because it's expense. I wanted bayalage and a cut and showed a photo of the color and its not even close!!! The dye looks like I got a box from Walmart AND I had to still pay for it!! It's literally the SAME color hair I had before. I was offered to come back and have the same person redo it but that means another 2.5 HOURS in a chair when I work fulltime to get the same results from the same person and more damage to my

Had a bad experience the first time going years ago, but I figured there would be new workers ect. With the name change, time that's gone by ect. So I decided to give them a try again with being very picky with my hair and how it is done. With that being said Carly did an awesome job with not only cutting my hair to where I lobe the cut and can definitely tell a difference but she did a great job also with asking my opinion, telling me hers, great with making you feel comfortable! Will definitely be making her my new stylist and taking her advice!

I made a same day appointment. They canceled and never called. I waited 1/2 hour, left, and checked my phone. They cancel by text! Sorry, I don't have my phone in my face all day long. And they cannot cut short hair. Their words. Not mine. Awful experience!!!

I absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere and was very happy with my new hair color by Kristen. I feel like a new woman. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend a hair wash from Jessi, too ! It was so relaxing ! The scalp massage was soo needed. Went to get a dark brown put over a light faded green on the bottom half of my hair. I left with a light brown under and wasn’t to pleased but didn’t say anything because it wasn’t terrible. I’m here 2 weeks later and the green has completely come through! I wash my hair 1-2 times a week so I know it is not from over washing so I just don’t really know what to say. Haircut was nice and so was the woman who did my hair it just wasn’t done how I wanted or well.

I had my hair cut by Brianna and she was such a doll! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I wanted. She was so friendly and conversations with her flowed so naturally. She didn't make me feel bad about the terrible condition my hair was in when I came in and she even gave me some helpful tips. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks for a trim. Thank you Brianna :)
