I am Lynette Arthurton and I created One Another Counseling (OAC) to provide quality counseling services to individuals, couples and/or families. I specialize in: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Depression. During my own seasons of struggles I was fortunate to have someone guide me through those tough times until the light shone through for me.
This personal experience motivated me to help others find their sunshine despite challenging circumstances. I am available to work with you through your cloudy days.

Services
I do not counsel children under the age of 14, but I will be happy to give you a referral to a therapist who does. You simply call to set an appointment date and time. Forms are provided on the website that will need to be completed by the time of the first session. These forms can be emailed to me or brought in at the first session.
