Services
Ben is a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern, but you may also think of him as a diagnostic specialist for your life and relationships. I'm Jennifer Klaus and I'm currently serving as a counselor intern as I complete my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University. Kelsea is a Mental Health Counselor Intern, but you may also call her an encouraging companion to partner with you through life's challenges.

This place makes me nervous. Since spring 2019 (yes almost two years ago) they have never answered the phone. Never. First you fill out a contact form, then they call you and most likely you will miss their call so you call them back and it goes to their answering service again. Then another day passes for them to return it because they honor their 24 hour motto to the T. It goes around and around, I’ve tried on many different occasions throughout the years. Seems very, very cold.

Dr. Squires is truly an answer to prayer. She is the best... so professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and meets you where you're at without judgement. She provides insightful, faith based guidance to help you develop useful tools to build healthy boundaries, heal, and move forward on your journey. And Haley is so helpful with scheduling and insurance! The office is very peaceful, comfortable, and safe. And virtual visits are a great option too during these covid times.

I called to set up an appointment for my son a week and a half ago. Spoke to someone named Haley. She took my information and was supposed to call me back. I waited for a couple of days and I called again and left a message. She finally called back to tell me she was going to get things set up. I haven't heard from her since. I've called the office many times since and left messages. Still haven't heard from anyone in that office.
