Thanks for visiting! A little history - I have been in real estate since 2005 as a Realtor and investor buying, renovating and flipping my own residential projects, but I was originally in investment banking IT at UBS Securities in Tokyo. I continued my tech career at a silicon valley startup for another 4 years before transitioning to real estate.
They're pulling out all the stops for this one! The beer starts flowing at 2pm. Smother From Another Mother food truck will be serving up the good stuff at 5pm. Delilah, Boulder's resident vintage Volkswagen bus, will be joining the party from 6-9pm for some photo booth action. There ain't no party like an Asherversary party!

Stewart was the ideal agent. From the moment we began looking at properties in Boulder, he helped me understand not only what the market had to offer, but also the kind of investment I would need to make to get the home I was looking for. Recently I have been looking to buy a house in Boulder as a primary investment of funds remaining after moving here from Australia.
In New Zealand & Australia I have been involved with buying & selling a number of houses & was somewhat nervous about the different rules here & risking the investment.
