Neil Kearney is very knowledgeable regarding the Boulder market and surrounding areas. He is professional, courteous and pays attention to details. He literally saved us $10,000 on a deal, as we were prepared to offer more and he said to wait and not raise the offer price. Additionally, when we were in jeopardy of losing the property due to an incomplete appraisal inspection, he alerted me of the issue and helped push everything along.
