Our name was almost Uncommon. It's not because we're weird. No, we just aren't your average real estate agents who like to plaster their photos across anything possible. We'd rather focus on our clients and our charitable mission. We decided the name Good Good does a better job of capturing our dual purpose of doing good by our clients and good by animals with our 15% donation to animal rescues.

There's a lot that goes into selling your house, and we think about all of it. We're not just focused on getting you a big number for your home, but we're also planning for the smaller details that go into selling - from daily logistics for things like getting the dog out of the house for showings to staging your house in the best way possible, we collaborate with you to make the process as stress-free as possible.
We recently worked with Katie to sell our Boulder condo. We had a short timeline and she was attentive to our needs. She worked with us to get the best price, always willing to put forth extra effort when needed. Katie is especially client-centered and have suggestions and guidance throughout the "twisty" realty process.
We are able to do this as a result of having no brokerage fees/commission splits that brokers pay to the brokerage firm they associate with. Also, low overhead. No fancy office space for Good Good Realty. And no park bench, grocery store cart or bus butt advertising here. Just caring, individualized, knowledgeable service and the hope that people will spread the word.

Thanks to Katie, we were able to complete a real estate transaction entirely via phone and FaceTime. She researched various issues on our behalf and made herself available any time we had questions or needed details - she was a delight to work with. Her help and goodwill didn’t stop once the sale was completed... we were still able to count on her after the closing to make sure everything went smoothly! I have worked with Katie for both selling our condo and then buying a home and she is truly the best! She spent time to explain the process and what she thinks is the best route to go while still providing us all the information so we can decide. She was very knowledgeable about the area and shared all her insights. You can tell she wants what is best for her clients and went above and beyond to make sure we got it.
