There are over 1,500 Realtors in Boulder County. There are part time agents, team members, team leaders, new agents, experienced agents, there are a few agents who do many transactions and many who do very few. So how do you choose among them? Most of the people I work with come to me through referrals or are past clients, but in any given year 5 - 15% of my clients come to me through my website.

Millions of dollars are being poured into the real estate industry through venture capital and much of that money is going into a segment called "iBuying".
This happened to me last year as well. The Sellers were not aware of any damage and we had a successful closing. Soon after closing the Buyers noticed roofing contractors working on their street and had a contractor look at the roof. Damage was found. The Buyer's contacted me and I in turn contacted the Sellers.

Neil is a very professional, knowledgeable and honest realtor. He knows Boulder and its surrounding areas very well. I tagged along with my family as they are looking to relocate to the Boulder area. He was very generous with his time and answered all of their questions. You can tell he is really good at what he does. This was one of the best experiences I have had searching for a home. I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone looking to buy a home in the Boulder area.
