Sinai and Bri Both did an excellent job on mine and my daughter hair style. We love our cuts! My daughter wanted curtain bangs and Bri did exactly like how she imagined! I am so happy that Karaline Nichole is at this salon!! I used to go to her when I lived in the East Bay Area up near San Francisco. I was so bummed to not have my hair done by her when I moved to San Diego. Then to my happy surprise, she moved to San Diego and started working at Cut! Cut has gained a rockstar. Go to natalie for all your balayage, blonde, chunky money piece, babylights etc!! She is so fun and personable and she is also super trendy!!! She will never do you wrong. Natalie's also very knowledgeable when it comes to lightening, color, cut etc. you won't be disappointed!! Fantastic experience and love the results of my blonde highlights from Natalie! My husband and I have been in San Diego for the past five months to escape the Portland winter and I hadn't had highlights in over a year due to covid and then becoming pregnant and being nervous about going into a salon. I had my haircut by Natalie and I highly recommend her and Cut salon. I am obsessed with my hair, she listened to what I described and cut it exactly how I wanted it. Cut salon is very clean with a relaxed environment yet still chic and high end. Natalie was easy to talk to and and overall I am just very pleased with my experience. Natalie did a fantastic job with my hair today!! After needing a long overdue haircut because of quarantine, she was excellent at listening to what I was looking for and executing it beautifully. She was thorough and professional, but also sweet and easy to talk to! The salon as a whole is also really well-run. The online booking process was incredibly user friendly, and the studio is visually impressive with large windows, offering a view since it's on the building's second floor. A great experience overall! I highly recommend Natalie and Cut.

I can not recommend Cut Salon enough! I’ve been seeing Guy for about 6months now and I will never see anyone else. He is absolutely amazing at what he does. I’ve gone through two HUGE color transformations and he NAILED IT. What I love most about Guy is that he is extremely patient and detail oriented. I’ve had issues in the past with other stylists (at different salons) rushing through the end of my apt in anticipation of their next client. Guy is great at time management and ensuring there’s plenty of time to make your hair look incredible. He’s such a kind soul and easy to talk to

I can't give this place enough accolades! The salon was located in an ideal part of town - plenty of street parking available if you want to drive - also centrally located if you are up for a walk! The salon is spacious and very clean! They were super welcoming upon my arrival and although I was early- they were able to see me right away! Natalie Hornyak cut my hair and she was amazing - aside from being the sweetest and easiest to talk to she knew her stuff! I have thick Jewish hair and she navigated through it like a champion! If your are a naturally dark haired person that wants to be blonde and fabulous( I'm looking at you level 1 ladies who want to be platinum. You know who you are), you need to see Natalie! Her work is amazing and she is very efficient (I have sat in a chair for 7+ hours before with not as good results). My hair is one shade up from black and colored 8-9 levels higher than that but she somehow makes it blend seamlessly. I love it!

No one touches my hair but Tori. It has been this way for 6 years now. Not only has she given me the hair I've always envisioned time after time, but the salon itself is just a breath of fresh air. They use high end products and the open space with the natural sunlight is just dreamy. Every time I leave Cut, I feel like a million bucks. I made a last minute appointment for my lunch break and Cut was able to accommodate. I had my appointment with Natalie and she did an awesome job! Wash, cut, and dry time was just under 40 minutes and I walked back to work with time to spare. I recommended Natalie to my coworker who went the day after my appointment and she was very happy with her results as well.

I moved to SD from LA a couple years ago, but I would get my hair done (color, cut, highlights, lowlights, etc.) back in LA every 3 months. I love Cut! It's an easy location/parking. I always go to Kree, she has a private suite inside of Cut so it feels super special and private. She gives the best haircut EVER, its the kind of cut that never gets weird and awkward even as it grows out! She is also a color alchemist, she is a perfectionist genius that makes sure she understands what you want and also educates to make sure it's the right look/angle/color for you. Raphael Alvarez is amazing! I came to him wanting to refine my look and take care of some imperfections left behind by past stylists. He took a look and knew exactly what I needed. He used a combination of treatments, including a tinted hair mask to bring my hair back to life. Now it's soft and the perfect shade of blonde again! He finished it off with the best bob ever and voila!
