The property is well maintained, the staff is polite and professional. There’s so many apartment buildings and several different views with two pools and two fitness centers. They have units with full size washer/Dryer. A beautiful place to live. During my eleven months here I never experienced any water shut off. Every issue small or big are addressed promptly.

Resident here for over 5 years…. Thank you maintenance staff, friendly always saying hi.
Had an issue with my car, flat tire and Wendell helped me and my son out. I had a can of fix a flat (after use tire still flat) and he had an air pump…. So while I was able To attend to my son he was able to help fill tire so I can get to the dealership.

I initially saw this apartment complex on Zillow and Trulia. I liked the photos that were displayed but I wanted to be sure the place was legit so I visited the actual website. The pictures on the website were BEAUTIFUL! This led me to contact Carol Stream Crossing. I called during evening hours, and spoke with Alexander. He was extremely helpful… and I formative. I asked if I could schedule a viewing but surprisingly he recommended I do the application process first and I'd approved I would then be able to see one of their units. He even added a helpful touch by sending a video and other

There are so many cockroaches. I keep my food in zip locks and my apartment as clean as I can.
The pest control only comes if i request it every week. No matter what they do they won't leave my apartment.
I feel sick to my stomach because they are in my dish cabinets. I can't even eat in peace in my own home.
I want to get out of my lease but of course I need to pay an arm and a leg to cancel.
I wish I knew they had roach problems before moving in.
What sucks is moving and risking them moving with me on my new furniture.

The pest problem is out of control. you cannot exterminate one unit and not expect pest not to run to the next. The entire building has to be exterminated on the same day, and weekly until the problem is solved. It's not right to expect people to live under these conditions! If they can just eliminate the pest problem, it would be a decent place to live!

The customer service is complete rubbish. I don't usually write reviews, especially bad reviews but these people will say whatever is in their mouth to end the conversation. They will make promises after… promises but they will end up screwing you over. Please do yourself a favor and don't get involve with them. You will regret it.
