Went apartment hunting and came across Greenway at Carol Stream. The lady that helped me was helpful! I was concerned with her coworker that was coughing up a storm and blowing her nose in the back. With the Coronavirus around it made me a bit uncomfortable. They should take extra serious precautions.

Shortly after applying here I was told I had to upload my paystubs to a website that has no customer service number, Google says they are permanently closed, and has only been in business for a few months. I blanked out my social security number and bank account number on my bank statements because I don't trust this 3rd party app and they declined my application because they said my paystubs were "fake." I work for a large, well known company and there is even a phone number you can call to verify both income and employment, however they would rather you give your private information to a company

Leasing agents will lie to you to get your money. When you talk to property management, they wont do anything to correct the mistakes, instead the cite vague terms. They seem to have a thing against Caucasians, as my application was declined as soon as they saw that I was white and didn't agree with allowing them to do whatever they want with my social security number and bank account information, including giving it to people who do not work for their property. Sounds risky to me, but they would rather decline a potential tenant who was just concerned about their privacy and do nothing to assure

This past year living at The Greenway has been absolutely fantastic! When I first moved in about a year ago I had a small issue with the sink, but the staff responded right away and fixed my problem the same day I reported it! The staff has continued to be been extremely kind and helpful whenever I had any questions, and did their best to help with the community aspect which can be hard during COVID! Even when I just needed a special lightbulb changed in the apartment, they were there the same day!
I have found my 1 bedroom apartment very spacious, plenty of storage space as well as a lot of cabinets

My husband and I are thinking about moving here ! I talked with Christine in the management office , she is such a doll ! She explain everything so well , answer every question I had . She provided all the information I needed , she was amazing! She was so welcoming , kind and professional . I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable talking with her . I am now in college, but prior to this my mother and Ilived in these apartments after moving from our house. We lived in the apartments for about 4 months and were very satisfied with how everything was playing out in the first 4 months. It was not until about a month ago there was an awful smell in the hallway of my apartment floor. We just continued to ignore it until the smell started to come through into our apartment. If you don't know what I mean by awful smell I mean that it was like a skunk smell. I am not going to say exactly what it is but if you can put two and two together then that

The residents this property attracts are quite awesome. If you are a dog lover, there are quite a few well behaved dogs and their masters patrolling the property. The residents are well mannered and way more than cordial. In… my neck of the woods I frequently share time with an older lady from Cuba, a police officer neighbor, and a fine family of four above me.

I have lived at Greenway for over a year now and love it here. It is a nice, quiet, safe place to live. The grounds are kept up, the pool is great and the office staff are all very nice. I'm in the process of renewing my lease and moving to a renovated apartment on the first floor. Looking forward to many more years to come here!

I have lived here for 3 years now and it is, by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are clean and taken care of, and the buildings are all updated. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any problems ASAP. The office staff is awesome!! Very friendly and actually care about their tenants. Very highly recommend living here.

I have lived here 5 years. The staff was calling me by name my first year. Prompt and friendly matinence staff. I love the 24 hour fitness and business center. Lanscapping is beautiful but could be improved with more shrubs,especially at entry ways. Even with huge parking lots of there there is a need for more parking. I would highly recommend

I had a very bad experience with Greenway located at Carol Stream. I have stayed for a year with these guys, first when you wanted to make a contract they were very good looking but at the end they tried to use some tricks to make us stay there. according to our contract we had to notice 2 month ahead if we wanted to leave, 2 month before my… contract would be over I went to the office and they made some tricks to not to tell me the truth and just make me keep staying there, after 2 weeks I told them my final decision but they made me to pay $1250 as fine (my regular rent was $890).
