While the location and layout are suited, management is lacking. I'm currently staying in the same rental house in the 329 building. The patio/balcony concrete floor has many massive gaps, damages, and causing problems while walking out. Additionally, it is dangerous for small children and bugs trouble. I asked for renovation in a couple of instances and informed management through the resident portal. I didn't see any action on that and they are just blindly closing the work order without informing us. This needs serious attention...

My boyfriend and I have lived here about almost 2 years and we love it! Our apartment is very nice & the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Mallory and Jennifer are the new managers as of last summer, and are so sweet and always address our concerns as quickly as they can. Maintenance is also awesome and they come to take care of our work orders within a day or so. My only negative is that the stairwells were a little tight when we moved big furniture in (and we're on the 3rd floor!) but we made it work! Luckily we won't be moving out any time soon so we won't have to worry about that.

Rented here for about 2.5 years.
The units are wonderful. Well designed and good amount of space for the price. The appliances are good quality and if you have issues with them, maintenance is great at either repairing or replacing them.
I cant compliment the maintenance team enough. They were always incredibly helpful and responsive for the issues we had.
Loved the pool pre-covid, now its swim at your own risk even more so, but it is a nice amenity.
Walls are decently insulated, but I recommend corner units so you are limited in how many neighbors you share walls or surfaces with.

I want to thank Giovanna for everything she has done for me since I moved in. She has always been pleasant and easy to work and talk with. It’s nice to have people like that. Also I want to thank the 24 hour people for having the greatest and always happy personalities. The maintenance team ( Geo and Juan) have always been there to fix my major issues. It’s always nice to have your team wave and say hello when they are passing by.
I do want to say that I’m not too happy with some of the new staff members. But overall I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Nice, clean, and quiet community. Prices are reasonable and the staff in the office and the maintenance crew are great. Giovanna made moving in easy and moving out. The maintenance guys are awesome, they keep the place clean and fixed any problem I had when asked. I did not use the fitness center, pool, or anything else. Nothing negative to mention.

I have lived here for a year now and just signed my lease for another 6 months. Overall, a nice and affordable apartment complex. Location is great as it is close to Stratford Mall, lots of shopping & places to eat. The outside area/parking lot is always clean and very well maintained. A huge plus is the 24 hour maintenance – last winter the heat in our unit stopped working and someone came by to fix it in the middle of the night. Another perk is the gym that is accessible 24 hours. I do have a few complaints - my unit always smells like smoke. I use plug in air fresheners and candles but to
