Terribly managed building, you get charged 2k+ for a standard unit with practically no amenities. There’s a tiny gym downstairs and that’s it. The parking garage is a joke , I witnessed several tenants (myself included) with car damage from running into or back up into yellow pillars inside the garage as the spaces are WAY TOO CLOSE together. The elevator malfunctioned about a dozen times in the span of my living there. You get to live next door to project housing - that comes along with loud Hispanic music at any given hour at any given day. You’re a close walk to buses going to nyc however
