DON'T BOTHER TO RENT THIS PLACE! For your own sanity and safety!
But I don't understand why the building owner decideds to use LATCH. An access to all entry points to the building including your own apartment. I mean what if you lost your phone, or batteries died. Or the app malfunctions? It happened to me without even knowing that my door was not locked for god knows how long... (its supposed to be auto locked when you shut the door)
Then the lock was just broken when I stepped out and came back to pick up a mask, I was locked out my apartment with a small child and dogs frantically

I've had a great experience living in the community. I do see negative reviews but to each their own. Staff were always friendly i didnt need to run to management for anything. Theres always someone around when needed. The location is prime, but unfortunately i needed to move due to job changes. If i ever move back in the area i will move back in.

I moved out of here in 2017 but I still feel foolish for not paying attention to the reviews and overlooking the obviously low quality of the building. Seriously, Google "Meridia" here in Yelp. The Capodagli real estate company have so many properties that are consistently reviewed negatively. If this building is an indicator they must all be built with crappiest, low-cost materials and consistently varyingly staffed with overworked, apathetic, or just plain unqualified staff. This building brings a lot of mixed feelings. My wife and I lived in this building for over 3 years. First yr and a half were pretty good, hassle free without significant issues (with the exception of paper thin walls and faulty gym equipment). Next two years were extremely painful (they had a management change around that time). The building definitely went downhill since they took over. Few issues that became more prominent once they took over - stained carpets, dog pee in the stairs, smelly hallways, bug infestation, pipe leakage, consistently stolen amazon packages due to lack of security,

Avoid this property unless you want to be scammed. No explanation of move out procedures. Office is not open on weekends and if your move out day falls on a Friday, you are charged separately for the weekend until they can reopen on Monday according to their convenience to accept your key--without telling you beforehand that this is their scheme. We moved out by 8pm Friday, looked for the property manager, nowhere to be found. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how this fake luxury building is stilll running! This building deserves a 0 rating!!!! Nothing is ever done. I see that the old listing was taken down due to all the negitive reviews and guess what it's still at 1 star!!!! I have attached my original review and would also like to add that trespassers are allowed to enter the building freely and sleep and also caught SLEEPING in the activity rooms...nothing was done until I personally called the cops and complained! Don't waste your time or money here like we did! Horrible!!!!

Been living here for two years now. Save yourself money and frustration and do not move in here. I've seen more than 8 management teams come and go and at least five different maintenance teams come and go. There is no consistency or follow through. We lived in one of the two bedroom units and this has to be the worst living experience of our lives. First off, things we didn't notice when looking at the apartment was the lack of security. The garage doors are always broken for months on end and anyone can walk into the place.
