Riverbend At Port Imperial

Definitely 5 star for the wonderful management, maintenance staff and the community overall.
The leasing specialist Erga Hoxha is very professional, efficient, proactive and understands your needs. She has always been kind and very very helpful.
A very convenient location, right in the Hudson Waterfront, with NYC skyline view, a few minutes walk to shopping, restaurants, Port Imperial Ferry Terminal and Light Rail station. It also takes a few minutes drive to Edgewater, Hoboken and Jersey City shopping centers. There are direct and frequent Bus to Port Authority and free shuttle buses to Ferry

We have been living at Riverbend for just under a year. They are planning renovations in my building (much-needed as I imagine they are one of the oldest properties in the area) so will not be extending our lease, but are offering some incentives for us to move to a sister property. I wanted to write a review based on our experience thus far, but will be looking to update this review based on our move-out experience.
To be honest, we were wary about living here mainly as a result of the negative Google reviews. Our move-in experience was less than standard.

Great place to live! The amenities are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I just moved in recently and everything went seamlessly. You can't beat this area or these views!

Honestly this place is like a hidden gem; I don't think many of the long-term residents haven't cared to take the time to write a review and there's a reason this building has a lot of long-term residents - it's simply that this is a great place to live. The people at the front are awesome - our leasing specialist, George Powell, was really helpful patient, and extremely careful to make the move as smooth as possible. The entire area and community are gems.

We just relocated from WA and we leased before even seeing the apartment or the community but we couldn’t have made a better choice! Amazing location, beautiful views of Manhattan, friendly staff and beautifully structured units. Our very first work order was all done and good to go within an hour I submitted. Rafael from the maintenance team was super friendly and prompt with the WO and I appreciated how he was so diligent about the current Covid precautions. Erga handled our lease from the time we first sent an inquiry to the very end. She was very responsive and her help is SO appreciated

5 STARS ON MY MOVING IN EXPERIENCE! Erga Hoxha was my Leasing Specialist and she was so so so helpful! I appreciate her taking the extra time. Riverbend at Port Imperial has so many amenities, I don't know where to start. My view is breathtaking and my neighbor are warm. I'm happy I made the choice to move.

Erga and the rest of the team make living a this place much easier since they are always available to assist and keep the place neat and luxurious !

I lived in this community in period I was working in US (2019 - 2020) and I strongly recommend. Place is great, has a fair price and the staff is gentle and very supportive.
The amenities are clean, the location is perfect and the NYC sign view is absolutely incredible.

Great management, great location and great views! The appliances are a bit dated but management is working on updating them. Overall would highly recommend this building. Special thanks to Jared and Erga for helping out with my move out process!
