Made an appointment with this location. Waited about two hours and as we were walking from the hotel to the appointment my appointment was suddenly canceled without reason. When I arrived I wasn't even sure if it was the right place due to the mismatch naming on the sign outside. Inside we found two people working and only two customers with nobody waiting. I tried to explain my situation and that I was in need of a quick trim. I offered to tip $40.00 for the haircut and the was essentially laughed out of the place like they were too good for a 110% tip. We left only to find out this was the place

Only went once with Groupon spent an additional 40.00 that was recommended for my color, and left 40.00 tip,got home and looked at back of hair that I wasn't offered to do there and had no highlights on most of the back of head . Had to write this review because very dissapointed in service and stylist attitude when I called to tell her about no highlights in back, she responded with it was Groupon

I've been seeing Deanna for more than 5 years. She is the first stylist I trusted to color my hair, and I will never look back. She is so talented that when I have had my hair styled by other stylists for weddings, etc. other hair stylists ask who did my color because it's such perfection. Not only is she talented, she's super responsive and reliable and super fun to hang out with throughout the process! Book with Deanna ASAP!
