This spa offers couples appointments, and was able to accommodate me in late stage pregnancy. Exciting, right? My husband and I were looking forward to a spa treatment and had facials booked together. Unfortunately, they cancelled our appointments not once, but twice. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and not likely to make it to 40 weeks, and have held on with Knick for 3 weeks to get an appointment. At this point, I won't be able to get us in anywhere before I give birth. What a chaotic place.

Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. Von was incredibly transparent, taking cues from me and making sure I was comfortable. The work he did on my neck and shoulders relieves me of the need for a chiropractor. The salon itself was inviting, and the staff welcoming. Five stars; I won’t go anywhere else!

My fiance and I had a couples massaged booked with Kelli and I forgot the gentleman's name but they were both amazing and I loved how professional the gentlemen that did mine was as he let me know if at any time I felt uncomfortable about the area he was working on to just let him know. His professionalism made me feel extremely comfortable! We are both highly satisfied and are excited to become regulars!

It was obvious my stylist cared about doing an excellent job and giving me a hair style I would be happy with long after I left the salon. The staff was friendly and the Salin it self is beautiful. I highly recommend *one note- they only accept cash tips.

I've had two massages from Sara at the Knick. Both have been wonderful! She listens to what pressure is best for you and makes you feel relaxed and at peace the entire time. While I haven't had any other services, the entire Salon and Spa seems very fancy and clean. Staff was wearing masks and everything felt very socially distant and safe.

I’ve been seeing both Sara and Von for my massages this year, and both therapists have been absolutely amazing! In a Covid world, the spa has remained extremely clean and I feel very comfortable there. Monthly massages with The Knick’s spa membership has helped bring some extra joy to 2020. Thank you!

I go to Knick Salon & Spa every other week for massages!
The service is amazing (I go to Sara C and she is THE BEST) and the package prices are affordable. I always feel amazing walking out of the salon and the massages have immensely helped a pinched nerve I had.
The decor could use some updating but it is cleanly and feels Covid safe (masks are worn at all times).

My wife had her makeup and hair done here for our wedding two years ago and she looked absolutely breath taking! She took us back here for our wedding anniversary couple's massage recently and it was one if the best massages I have had in a long time. The prices were reasonable considering the location and what other comparable salons charge.

Had great experience with hair and makeup at the Knick, but unfortunately I can't say the same about nails. My shellac manicure, which normally lasts me two weeks from other salons, barely made it though two days with the Knick's manicure. I'm not sure if the polish was old and running low, but the manicure was bumpy, making it look like a quick 2 minute paint job and chipped like regular polish. Definitely not worth $45.

Went to Knick 3 years ago for my wedding hair trial/day of hair, makeup, and had them do my maids too, and have never gone anywhere else since! Literally fell in love with this place. Kate is my hair stylist, and she's the best! She listens to what you want, and gives great advice on color and cuts if you're not sure. Started getting couples massages with my husband too, and their massage staff is great- April is my favorite! Pricing is mid to high depending on the service you book, but staff and results are worth every penny. Wouldn't trust anyone else!
