The appointment I'll NEVER have. I think the way that people handle those they cannot serve says a lot about their customer service skills. I used The Do's online booking system to schedule a consultation for a possible color. Not an actual color service, just a consultation. I have a lot of hair. I'll admit this. I usually get highlights but have been thinking of switching to over all color to make it easier on both myself and those who are willing to look at my head- but I have no idea what that will take. I told the stylist this in the notes section on their online scheduling form. This morning

Salon hours posted until 6pm, attempted to make a 4pm appointment after work, ended up being 10 minutes late because of traffic but when arriving at salon after feeding the meter no one was present and the door was locked.. even though the salon is supposedly open until 6pm on Fridays.. waste of time a money.
