Jeff is a native of the Washington, DC area, growing up in the Virginia suburb of McLean. Jeff moved to the Palm Beaches from the Cleveland Park neighborhood of northwest Washington and still keep close ties with friends and family in Washington, New York and Boston. Having moved down the East Coast to Florida, Jeff is excited about helping other East Coasters find a winter season or full-time home in Palm Beach.

Jeff has helped me in many transactions both commercial and residential, rentals and sales. He spent his early adulthood with advertising agencies both large and small. He eventually owned his own very successful ad agency. In the final analysis, real estate brokerage is a marketing activity. Jeff\'s marketing experience makes all of the difference. He is constantly marketing and doing so very effectively. His long term experience in the southend is extensive. We contacted Jeff in early January and had started the process to meet with him to discuss condo or townhome sales in North Palm Beach, Florida. Through emails and texts, we chose a day to meet in the North Palm Beach area that was convenient for both of us. Unfortunately, Jeff failed to finalize a time and location to meet with us even after he agreed to do so. He not only never returned our calls, but never returned the calls of another realtor who help us initiate the contact with Jeff. We drove up to North Palm Beach anyway as planned and will find another realtor that wants to make a sale
