It's disappointing to see that an employee that represents your real estate firm (Cheryl Salvador - Email: cheryl@scuttina.com) who claims on her linkedin that she is a business professional. But yet chooses to not only to publicly make fun of the Black lives matter movement, but actively chooses to make fun of kids with disabilities.
1. It is not professional or okay to make-fun of anybody in either type of environment.
2. This looks poorly on your business as she lists her business publicly on facebook.

Ian Langsam is amazing... I have purchased 4 rentals over the years in multiple condos downtown West Palm... he has always gone out of his way to get the deal done and in my favor that makes me and the landlord happy... very smooth. He is also a good dude... i am a big promoter and event planner and i recommend him to everyone i know :)

I rented a unit in city place south tower from his representative Ian . The realtor took my money went and did the deal left the keys at the front desk for me did not even leave my change never heard from him again. Only to find out afterwards my landlord tells me he took his commission from my down payment. Guess I wonder that's why he didn't want me there when the exchange of money was happening. Guy still owes me $70. It's not about the money but you shouldn't treat people that way or do business that way.I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

They posted an apartment on craigslist at one price and when contacted them about that apartment, it was almost $100 higher. When I asked why, I never heard back from them. I was still interested in the apartment, I just wanted to know why it was higher than what was posted on craigslist. And they never removed the ad. You gotta love the bait and switch! I am now working with wpb.condos. I highly recommend them.
