This team is Amazing! They found me a duplex that appraised 40k over our purchase price, got us an 11k credit towards closing costs, and then had both units rented in less than a week, all while orchestrating the minor repairs the property needed. Then on top of that, they currently manage the property that’s cash flowing VERY nicely! Robin & Christiana helped me thru my entire house buying process. They also helped me with my short term rental. They made sure I had the best deal.
