Matt Thoren's appraisal of my property was a complete joke. It was supposed to be based on the sales comparison approach which he disregarded when he compared the house next door which sold for $1,425,000 and has 2268 sq. ft. to my house which has 3425 sq. ft., the same size waterfront, 100 ft. and is 30 years older than my house which he valued at $1,052,000. Another comparison was a house the same age and sq. footage as mine which sold for $1,695,000 and has only 25 ft. waterfront. I find it hard to understand why my house is valued so low. As an appraiser Mr. Thoren would make a good plumber
