Our office is located in South Minneapolis just a few blocks away from the iconic Riverview Theatre. We welcome all customers within the great state of Minnesota to reach out for insurance and financial services needs. Being in the service industry since the day I was legally able to work has allowed me to gain much experience in making sure customers are satisfied.
There are three full time and two part time staff members that are here to help. We speak five languages within the agency: English, Hmong, Hakka, Mandarin, and Cantonese. This diversity has given us the fortunate opportunity to work with customers of all different backgrounds, which has undoubtedly attributed to the success of my agency.

John Lee State Farm agency and Gabe Ly have been very patient and responsive to my inquiries. They are easy to work with, and offer me plenty of options to best to meet my insurance needs. Gabe worked hard to identify a few extra saving opportunities, with thorough explanation on the pros and cons. I was with this agency more than 10 years ago, their service have been always good. Now with State Farm's competitive pricing, I am happy to be with them again.

My agent, Gabe, is such a professional. He helped me saved some money a while back and when I called to have my policy cancelled in Feb. 2022 due to car broken down, he didn't pressure me to buy another policy or use sale's deals to make me keep my policy. The call was short and simple. Great job my guy.

I've had multiple policies with John's office over the years and have always found the staff to be incredibly responsive and helpful. Gabe has always been available to consult with when I've had complicated policy questions and Jennifer has been so quick to respond with information needed for me to make informed decisions. John has been fantastic to work with from day one. When I moved back to Minneapolis from out of state, he actively sought out my business and worked hard to get me competitive estimates for both auto and… renters insurance. After purchasing two policies, John took initiative and switched my policies from another agent, I didn’t have to do much of anything. John continues to be available whenever I have questions or concerns, which puts my mind at ease. He actively investigates any potential issues and finds resolutions in an extremely timely manner.
