Ive been with Germaine Insurance for 2 years. What I like is their prices are great and they do all the work for me. For example, last week I asked Darcy to look around to see if there was a better deal for me, she called me back within the hour with a better deal, I switched my auto and renters insurance within a few minutes over the phone. I went in for a quote on auto insurance and was immediately greeted by Darcy. She made me feel welcome and after talking for a couple of minutes she settled down to show me what she could do for me. She gave me three quotes from three companies and explained the differences in coverage. I ended up choosing one of the options before I left. Everything being said it was a very pleasant experience and she made it easy for me to understand. A very personable agent and agency.
