I have never reviewed a business on Google, Yelp, etc-- but people need to know how disrespectful and incompetent Mary is before she wastes their time and money. Failed to cancel my auto insurance after I sold my vehicle and charged me for months before I noticed (my bad.) When I called her to complain that I was still getting billed she literally made fun of and laughed at me for not noticing her mistake on my bank statements sooner and ultimately refused to backdate the payments, leaving me out hundreds of dollars. Months later I AM STILL TRYING TO GET HER TO STOP CHARGING ME. I just got off

Mary is great. She has been my insurance agent for 20 years. I totaled my car some years ago and she was just fantastic, offering resources, advice and a rental car until I purchased a new vehicle. She also insures my home as well as my cars. Mary feels like a good neighbor and I sometimes run into to her while shopping. She is the best!

Mary Trondson is incredibly rude. I asked a simply question about a claim and received a 15 minute lecture which was very condescending and completely inappropriate. I started moving all my business away from her office after that call.
