Bates Animal Hospital

My experience with them was short, but left me uncomfortable. I was told things are “crazy right now” at their clinic which makes me feel as though if there was an emergency, something might go wrong. Sometimes businesses grow faster than expected, so I understand the growing pains. When it comes to being in charge of life and death situation, though, things should be better planned so that things don’t get crazy in the first place. Just my opinion. I’m sure they are very nice, but more than nice is needed when it comes to get care IMHO.

Dr Bates and his crew are very good at looking for our fur babies. Courteous, Thoughtful, always helpful with any questions we may have. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet.

Dr Bates is hands down the best veterinarian. I have moved across the country and still go back to Bates if I am ever in the area. Highly recommend his kindness and vast knowledge!

Wow!! I truly did not realize what I had until I was gone.
I adopted my dog about 2 years ago and tried another vet before Bates that I didn't love, so I got a ton of recommendations to switch and they were definitely right. I absolutely loved Dr. Bates and his staff from the first time I met them. The staff are very responsive and helpful and Dr. Bates is kind and attentive. My dog can be a little rude when she's nervous and uncomfortable, and Dr. Bates was also very gently and easy with her doing everything he could to make her comfortable and calm her down. Dr. Bates is my go-to vet and is so trustworthy, honest, and reliable that I try to keep him as my vet even when I'm living out of state. His staff is also great. I make sure to set up appointments for when I'm in town/plan around them, and they're always able to get my dog in. :)

Dr. Bates is always attentive and kind. He offers different treatments that are effective, not costly, and best for the animals. He calls back after hours if need be on his own time to problem solve any animal issues that are active. I love the helpful staff, and my animals like him regardless of the shots they have to get 😃
