No Parking! Be prepared to walk 1 to 2 buildings over to get to your actual apartment building. Always fun carrying your groceries a half mile. There is never any parking in the back part of the complex. Most cars won't move for weeks or months at time. To make matters worse, there are no garages available to offset no parking available. I'm not sure if there is a limit on how many cars per house hold, but have seen people with 3-4 cars and they sit there for weeks at a time. Will not be renewing my lease when it is up.

These buildings are structurally unsound. The floors and stairs are loud when you walk on them and bend under your feet. The balcony is dangerous. It didn’t feel sturdy and the railings are made out of plastic and they moved a lot when touched. Cheap rickety construction. The walls were crumbling under the window sills. Appliances and closet doors are very outdated. The kitchen cabinet shelves were unfinished particle board with food stains on them. Someone ran down the stairs and the whole building shook. There were dead bugs on top of the bathroom cabinets by the lightbulbs. The toilet seat

TAKE CARE OF YOUR TENANTS. STOP LEAVING THEM IN A HAZARDOUS APARTMENT WITH PUDDLES COMING FROM THE CEILING. YOU SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HEADS BEING BUSTED AND THE ADDED STRESS YOU HAVE CAUSES DURING A PANDEMIC. Stay at home order and you leave them sitting with LEAKS AND PUDDLES. Absolutely disgusting

Deer Creek is a great place to live. I lived here for two years before moving into my house. The place is quiet for the most part, and the leasing office is great. The office staff was always very helpful with any questions or issues I had while living there. The hallways in each building are also cleaned once a week, which was a nice touch. It's also very safe. I lived on a bottom floor apartment and never felt unsafe. The pool is great in the summer! :)

Lived there from 2014 to 2018 and it was great. Best value for any apartment in the area. Deer Creek flies under the radar and for good reason. It's quiet, safe and very well located. Near highways, great communities like Strongsville and North Royalton and plenty of shopping and dining. Everyone has a lousy neighbor now and again but they always pass on through. Deer Creek hasn't updated in quite a while but it continues to maintain itself well. Snow clearing is great, maintenance is fantastic, lawn Care is quick and not at 6am Saturday. I will always recommend Deer Creek to anyone.

No idea how this place only has 2.8 out of 5 stars. I've lived in roughly a dozen different apartments in my lifespan and this one is definitely in the top 3. The grounds are clean, the staff is very responsive. I had a terrible toilet issue at 2:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning and the maintenance guy drove all the way out here to fix it at 3 AM. That's some freaking dedication.
I've lived here for going on 3 years without any serious issues, and when I have had an issue, it's been taken care of within 24 hours (if not sooner).

I definitely enjoyed living at Deer Creek and am only leaving because my brother is moving in with me for college. The staff is very friendly, all amenities are great for the price.
My only complaint was living on the first floor, my patio was set down in and when the ground crews trimmed bushes, cut grass, blew leaves, etc, it all fell into my patio and never got picked up.
