I lived at the Vineyards for over five years and overall had an enjoyable experience. I searched other apartments in the area before moving here and the Vineyards is reasonably priced for the area. I stayed in a 1BR which was very spacious. The leasing staff is very friendly and professional. Avery and Nancy were a pleasure. Any maintenance issues you may have are addressed in a timely manner and the staff is very polite. Location wise, Broadview Heights is a nice area, and you are close to several shops and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

I lived at the Vineyards for 3 years & always made my payments on time, never bothered my neighbors, nothing. The washer and dryer are so small that it takes 2 loads just to do one and they charge you. Half the time the machines eat your money and are broken. I would always have to go to my family or friends houses to do laundry. The parking lots are so small you can never find a spot by your building. I moved out a few months ago and they said they would help me out as much as they can (since I moved out before my lease was up) since I was a good tenant. Well since I would occasionally watch my

I flooded for 3 years straight until they finally moved me to a new unit... And now that unit is flooding. Their response to incoming water isn't to fix it, but to just clean it up and move on.
UPDATE: After years of floods in two separate units, the office response is "sometimes apartments flood" so here I am, without carpet for about the 9th time in my stay here. It's probably my fault at this point for trusting a property holder to fix their foundation issues.

Lived there for five years ,absolutely loved , it. From the management to maint they are top notch. Snow removal and parking, are the only issues, but management did everything they could to accommodate everybody. Their upkeep on the grounds and buildings were great, and they quickly resolved any issues in my apt. All in all a totally positive experience.
