We came in to buy a house with no real knowledge of how the entire process works. My partner made an appointment with Lane and Hans. They were both very helpful and professional. Lane was very upfront and didn't try to rush to get us into a house. Lane provided his own opinions on any properties we looked at without steering us in any biased direction.
It was very refreshing to have somebody just doing their job out of passion instead of pursuit of a paycheck. Both Lane and Hans took care of us with everything through the whole process. We went from not being sure if we really could own a house

Bravo!! Bravo!! Bravo!! We landed in the springs on September 11th 2020, we met the dream team. Mike McDermott, Hans Fetterhoff, and Caleb Penn and on September 28th we are closing on our dream house!!!!! Danny and Hans are the literally dream team. They do their best to look out for their clients and they don’t disappoint. Hans is magic with the money and Danny is the best person my husband and I could’ve dreamed of having to get us our first home. There are real estate companies, and then there’s Venterra! I had the privilege of working with them for a week, to shadow and exchange ideas. I’m a real estate broker in Tennessee and I’m always trying to align myself with other strong brokerages across the nation in order to connect and stay on top of my game. I cannot say brought good things about Venterra. The agents are the most knowledgeable I’ve seen, with work ethic and service that is second to none. Fall of 2018 we wanted to move out of our current residence and into a larger home to support our growing family. I teamed up with Phillip at Venterra Real Estate and not only did he find us a beautiful home but in our dream neighborhood. He was so knowledgeable, trusting and really took as much time as we needed to find the perfect house.

I worked with a different realtor for 4 months looking for the perfect house to invest in. I put multiple offers on multiple properties but could never get a deal done.
