I am a tenant at a property managed by this company and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They are very prompt responding to any communications, and their quick, no nonsense handling of any repairs has been impressive. I think what I might like the most about working with them is that when you talk to them you feel like you’re communicating with real people, not just some company. Kristin has been our go to contact and we could not be happier. Look forward to working with them for many years to come.

London Group became the property manager of the office building I was in when the previous owner sold to the new owner. They have been so easy to communicate with on every level. If I had anything come up (over the course of a few years, this was very few and far between), a simple email would get anything fixed or any questions answered. Now, I'm leaving the building to a new place and had asked to extend my lease for one month as my new place was not ready yet. Of course I was able to do that and leaving as been only smooth. In an age of people complaining about their landlord and/or property

Initially I reached out to address concern with one of the properties they are managing and let me be the first to say the London group are the definition of professional, not only did she take the time to listen she provided an action plan in the works, she took accountability. I could not make this up. This group is WHO you want to work with in terms of real estate management.

I have been working with the London Group since they took over managing the building my business was in in April of 2015. What I have valued most about my experience with the London Group is the quality of their office staff. Every contact has been responded to promptly, professionally, and often times with fun and humor! I have had the most contact with Kristin Chelin but Jill has been wonderful also. Every concern was managed respectfully and efficiently and the follow through was impeccable. I have since sold my business and will miss working with the London Group Team!
