Briargate Colorado Springs is a master planned community located in the northern part of the city. This is one of the most popular areas in the region for a wide range of reasons. The Briargate Neighborhood is often at the top of people's list when looking for a family community. Most of the homes in this area were built from the 1980s to the early 2000s.
Northgate Colorado Springs is located at the northern edge of Colorado Springs city limits. The area is named for it's close proximity to the Northgate of the United States Air Force Academy. Northgate is also home to The Club at Flying Horse, Pikes Peak Community College, Rampart Campus as well Interquest Marketplace and Colorado Crossing and the Bass Pro Shop Center.
Fountain Colorado is located just 10 miles south of Colorado Springs, Colorado. This area is close to Fort Carson army base and features a wide range of shopping, restaurants and more. Despite a good deal of growth and development, Fountain, Colorado maintains that small town charm and feel. Homes for sale in Fountain CO tend to be single family homes catering to military families with some areas of apartments, condos and townhomes nearby.

I just sold my property in Colorado Springs remotely from another state and had the pleasure to work with Sam and Maggie. They made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Sam really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for me. Maggie has incredible people skill and domain knowledge which impressed me a lot!

We bought a house through Springs Homes in the past and, based on our prior experience, we chose to use them again. Since our previous realtor, Jennifer Boylan, was unavailable we worked with Kelly Raffaelli.
