Worked with Adam Unger at Atlas real estate and he was fantastic. I was looking for a multi family in the hot Denver market and when one finally came up he was ready to pounce for me. He made out of state home buying a breeze. I would highly recommend working with Adam if you are looking for an investment or house hacking opportunity.

I have had to use the tenants bill of rights to write a huge list of the violations in the lease itself! I have been dealing with awful harassment and cigarette smoking from my neighbors and they won't do a thing. What a nightmare, they don't even pay their vendors for the bare minimum maintenance they do and owe thousands to repair people for years on end. What a disgrace... money hungry corporate greed at its best. They lie and never follow through. Trish Gonzales has been a real joke. Rollin around in her Mercedes doing nothing.

Have been renting with Atlas for a little over 6 months now, by far the worst rental agency I have yet to experience. Maintenance requests do not get followed up in a timely manner or they just don't get done at all. It is also almost impossible to get someone there to even respond to calls or texts either, so usually you are just ignored and left without what you are promised or need. Also just wanted to throw in there were no fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors for the first 2 weeks in our home- if that gives an idea of how much they care about things.

Went and saw a house. We liked the house and were told that there had been no other applicants so we applied. Up until that time, the property manager Matthew had been replying pretty promptly, then when we paid the application fee it pretty much went dead silent. Tried to call him as well as the main line and I got nowhere. Kept asking him for updates and he finally texts me one week later saying our income is insufficient and so is our co-signers (which it definitely was not). I don't recommend this place if you need to get into a place in a reasonable amount of time. Basically took our

Atlas is trash! They do not care about their tenants! Whether it's a minor or major maintenance request or drug using/dealing perverts squatting in your building walking the hallways naked, they are completely useless! Atlas will tap dance around the situation, tell lies and if all else fails just ignore you! Save yourself some big headaches and do not do business with this company!

My partner and I attempted to work with Atlas real estate to rent a property after we had just moved from Los Angeles and were literally living out of boxes and cars. I had the displeasure of working with Natalia Moriel, whom only contacts you when you are denied on your applications or when someone else tells her to call the customer back. After calling the business and her cell phone several times going to voicemail, I had to reach out on google business chat for anyone to acknowledge me! I shouldn't have to go to google business chat just to have someone communicate with me.

The picture say a lot.... It's obvious that it's negligence and code violations I've been fighting to get repaired. I've been lied to, harassed by Trish Gonzales after she texted at 9:45 at night. When I asked for her managers number she threatened to block me! Atlas corporation is a corrupt company. Only care about real estate and this is the renters side. Only collecting the money treating tenants like garbage! If you want to use them be prepared for court!

Zillow hooked me up with Brittney to help me find a new home as part of their Zillow Rewards program. I've worked with many real estate professionals over the years, but Britt was by far the best. Update from my last post. The floors were replaced with the equivalent of wallpaper after I posted on Yelp. BUT they forgot to do the closets.
The deck hasn't been repaired, although, they promised the beginning of June. They have 12 estimates from vendors and still won't complete the job.
The window in my child's room has come off of the track due to the homes foundation. This has been like this for two years, it is a major hazard from both the elements outside and if there were to be a fire emergency.

I owe so much to Atlas Real Estate. Managing an investment property is NOT easy. Heck, just managing repairs and upkeep can be a struggle. They've taken all of the guess work out. I don't have to make calls all over town for repair quotes, I don't need to follow up with contractors or vendors, I don't have to interview tenants, or entertain calls and text messages from bickering renters, or send security deposits, perform inspections, background checks, deal with lawyers to create lease agreements, and the list goes on! They have saved my tons of time, money, and headaches.

Adam Unger is one of Colorado's best kept secrets! He prioritizes you as if you were his only client. He's very knowledgeable and patient. He made our home buying process understandable, easy and fairly quick. We just purchased our first home and this has been by far the best decision as well as the best experience of our 2020 year. The apartment was nice, but management was horrible.
I was never once able to get through to the main phone line. When I was in the process of moving in, I had to drive to the office and talk to them in person because no one ever answered the phone.
I had multiple maintenance requests just closed without anything happening. No communication saying it wasn't something they were able to fix, they just closed my requests. Super unprofessional.
Now I'm trying to get in contact with them regarding my security deposit, and still can't get through. I'm no longer living in Colorado

Terrible management company that doesn't care about tenants at all. I rented a house from them for two years and during that time, countless maintenance requests basically went ignored and forgotten about. We very nearly had to take legal action against them before they would fix the water heater for our building.
They gave a lot of lip service to caring about us--particularly during COVID--but it was all just talk. We had two different agents working with us while renting and they were both completely incompetent. DO NOT RENT FROM ATLAS.
