Just a quick note to thank you for the quick response on my maintaince request both on Mon. and Tuesday. I appreciate the whole new toilet, which probably seems weird.lol. I don't think the staff here at High Point get appreciated enough, so thank you for what all of you do. I do have one question, the fire alarm that went off Friday night, should we remain in our apt unless otherwise told?

These apartments are awful. Never was told that it was section 8 housing. Back in December a woman was chasing people around the main lobby with a knife. She escaped. Management never said anything or warned anyone. Police said there was a warrant out for her arrest for awhile.
On top of this apartment not being safe there have been: used q-tips covered in ear wax in the halls, bloody menstrual pads outside the back entrance, actual vomit in the hallway that sat for days, fast food bags, and old shoes in the main areas. My apartment always smells of smoke or weed because of all the neighbors smoking

My brother and I lived here for a little over a year. The apartments are a little dated but very well maintained. The rooms are huge with a square footage that trumps most other locations. The staff, particularly George and Ms. Laura are the best people in the world and it was a pleasure to call them neighbors as well as friends. This is not just a place to life but a great home to have a family. The staff arranges dinner nights and activities around all major holidays to help get people out and mingle. even with all that they do to get people out and have a good time I can say that this is a very

Lived here for 3 years, it got worse every year. Several management changes, each worse than the last. Place is dirty. Both elevators are constantly breakdown, on top of power outages more frequent that you’d like. People litter outside constantly, looks like the aftermath of a frat party most of the time. No rules are enforced and there’s no cameras to even attempt to catch or stop people from doing anything. It was a nice cheap place to live when I first got here but I couldn’t recommend anyone to move here now.

This place is absolut trash. They way it's ran is a complete joke to say the least. Nothing ever gets fixed. The front light has been out for at least 6 months. It took 7 months to replace my dishwasher. Then it was hooked up wrong leaked all in the hallway took 7 days to get fixed now they refuse to even clean my carpet. I pay good money to live here and they could care less that's a fact. Do yourself a favor and and don't try to find out. And I'll tell you know they run a great game in that office. They would tell you the sky was gonna turn purple if that would get you to sign a lease

The apartment I live in is spacious and I like the design. I'm in the back and the view is nice.
Maintenance people are nice, and Cleaning lady is good. She can't get everything because some of the tenants don't clean up after themselves.
Pool has not been open for 2 years. The photo you see is old.
Some of the tenants are not careful and do not clean up after their dogs. They make things unpleaseant for the rest of us, and the good dog owners.
Otherwise, I like it here

I have been here for 2 years. Had to move from the 5th floor to the 3rd due to cigarette smoke coming into my apt. from the neighbors. They claim the apts. are smoke free but don't enforce it. Can't see out my balcony doors or windows due to the seals being broken. Pool has not been touched since last year even tho it is Memorial day weekend. Pet areas are gross and smell horrible. Didn't know it was section 8 when I moved in. Lots of kids running around, teens running up and down the hallways turning the lights out. People dumping trash in the parking lot. Place also needs to clean the glass and

Every since I moved here I have been very happy. If you ever have an issue the on site lease agents will do their best to help you out and get maintenance to fix the problem. Neighbors are nice, no noise and plenty of parking. The apartment complex is overall well maintained. I would definitely recommend living here. Special thanks to the lease agents who work hard and do their best for the tenants to be happy.

I'm truly hoping some major changes have taken place since I lived here almost 5 years ago. This building had potential, but was outdated and overpriced. The walls were paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. The "security" was truly a joke. The wheels were stolen off my car in the parking lot, and neither the office nor "security" personnel had an explanation for the miss on their behalf. This was the worst 6 months of my life.
