I've been a resident at Foxes Lair for over 3 years now. It's a nice beautiful place to come home to. It's very safe and family oriented. The managers are wonderful. Anytime you need anything day or night they respond and they're right there quickly to take care of your needs. My five year old enjoys the outdoor court for the kids.

I lived here for about 1 year and debated on writing a review for a while now. First and foremost the people who live in the complex were great and we never had an issue. The grounds for the most part are kept clean for a while there the garbage was overflowing and a lot of furniture being left out made it look a bit "ghetto".
My one and only complaint is management. This has to be by far the WORST management company I have ever had to deal with. They never keep appointment times, never came back to fix the things I had asked for ; for several months. They were rude and inconsistent on terms and

I'm Gary; a very satisfied tenant of Foxes' Lair Apartments (Elyria, Ohio 44035) since 1996. The four very attractive apartment buildings are recessed far from the entrance-way; giving tenants a very quiet and beautiful surrounding. A built in pool, lots of very lovely foliage, and lush green grass also adds to this attractive establishment. The… easternmost parking lot was repaved, and plans are in the works to repave the rest of them too. Brand new washers and dryers (and new linoleum tiles in the laundry room) were also added. Lots of very attractive painting was done in the laundry room

I have lived there for like a year and a half. I am now being evicted. They not re newing my lease. The rent is paid on time every month. I keep to myself. I don't party, etc. I don't complain about nothing. I keep to myself. I now have no where to go. No one in Elyria takes ex felons or the program that pays my rent. That is why I only giving it one star.
