I look forward to my time in kickboxing because I know I will feel tired but better afterwards! Decided to take our son Kameron here to learn some confidence, discipline and self defense. He genuinely enjoys it and is always excited to go back. We really like how great all the instructors are with him.

I absolutely adore this place. It was difficult finding a non religious centered martial arts studio, but I was reccomended this one by a friend and am so glad they did.
Jayden is great with the kids and more supportive than most others have been in their life.
I hope they continue to love and grow with everyone!

We found this place a few months ago and have been bringing our son here! He absolutely loves it! I have never seen him so focused and driven! The life principles they teach are helping him become a respectful and helpful young man. My husband also attends the kickboxing class and really enjoys it! We are happy to be a part of something so special!

The BEST martial arts gym period! They have adult classes, workout classes and self defense classes BUT I feel their specialty is kids classes. They are phenomenal with kids! They also have a parents night out that my son LOVES! He has also had his birthday there for 4 years in a row! They throw a nerf gun party that blows our minds each time! They set up, decorate, provide fun custom items, play different games with the kids and then clean up after! Best family owned business I have been to!

Excellent school! Both of our children attend CB and they absolutely love it. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and push them to be confident and have fun. The entire atmosphere is family focused and CB does an amazing job incorporating parents into the learning and encouraging them to be involved. Highly recommend!
