Hello, I'm interested in leasing my dance/fitness studio space at a flat rate monthly fee. I'll still be conducting my business there as well, mostly on the weekends and can offer 60 to 220 hours per month to someone who would be a good fit to share the space. This is a huge opportunity for anyone looking to start their own business without the risk during uncertain economy.
Teaze has hosted events in the studio including Rocky Horror Picture Show, Pin Up Bazaar, holiday showcases, themed parties, and anniversary events. During our twelve years in business, the company participated in many parades and news segments including the Oklahoma Gazette's annual Halloween parade with thousands in attendance.
Lynn participated in shows, musicals, and competitions from age three through high school, studying dance, voice, violin, and artistic roller skating. In 2002, Lynn began performing as a mermaid and a living statue among other characters with FoxMoon Productions and she worked with the company for over 15 years.
After your deposit is paid, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email. There, you will find answers to our frequently asked questions including what to wear, driving directions, parking info, and how the remaining balance is collected. There are messages during the booking process that also state helpful info.
She will collect your name, email, and phone and send you an invoice for the full balance. It should be paid quickly to avoid another group booking your time via the online party calendar. If the invoice is not paid within 2 days, It cancels. We cannot hold and reserve your time until it is paid.

I have been doing private classes with a friend. Gentry and Lynn are very great instructors. They offer good suggestions and are very knowledgeable. They also help make you feel more relaxed. The aesthetic is very laid back, and learning in that environment is not awkward. You get very thorough warm up stretches to start off, and they give you modifications throughout to try. Gentry and Lynn will also give you tips on form and keep a good eye out to help you avoid injuring yourself. I would highly recommend checking this place out. They are reasonable and great to work with.

We had a fantastic time!! I booked a session for a bachelorette party, and it was a great time! Lynn was great to work with, and completely knowledgeable about all the dance styles offered. Our party consisted of all body types and different athletic abilities. You don't really need to know anything about the dance world, cause after taking a session you will know more than you walked in with... Ultimately, you will NOT be disappointed if you book with Teaze. ... we are already planning for our next session 😊

I always saw myself as homely, unattractive and uncoordinated.I was not secure in my own image. Over the years Lynn at Teaze Dance and Fitness has encouraged my growth and I watch as she empowers others like me. Now I am a published Pin Up and feeling secure in myself and my ability. I have even gone into the beauty industry that I had never thought I would be in.
