That means no matter what your age, your size or your physical limitations, you can look and feel your best on a program of good eating habits and exercise tailored for you. Owner Don Oliver has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in the Oklahoma City area since 1992.
The 3 month option is a perfect choice for you. Instructors are always present to oversee your personal training or classroom instruction. When you are ready to commit to your fitness goals, this option is for you. Your 12 Month Package includes an in depth fitness evaluation with a personal trainer.
Our trainers offer a range of specialty services such as yoga, boxing, body sculpting and lifestyle enhancement. Your trainer provides a program designed just for you and oversees/monitors your progress each week. Are you looking for body shaping, weight loss, cardio training, weight training, weigh-bearing exercise, over-50 athletic training or flexibility/yoga?
A: You may park in the common area in front of our building as well as the large parking lot across Shartel ave. A: No previous enrollment required and no fee for package holders. Just show up. If it is your first time or have any questions for the instructor, please arrive early. For your safety, please let your instructor know about any injuries or physical limitations.
Appropriate athletic shoes only. No street shoes, sandals or flip flops are allowed in studio or gym during workouts, classes and personal training. Exceptions apply to yoga classes. Please wear proper fitness attire during your workout. If you wear shorts, be aware that you may be asked to lie on your back with your feet in the air.
