Welcome to Kawaru Kaze Dojo - a martial arts dojo (school) training Cuong Nhu in the NoDa District of Charlotte, NC. All of the instructors at Kawaru Kaze are volunteers working in partnership with the Johnston YMCA. We offer classes for both kids (8 and up) and adults with a focus on technical proficiency of practical techniques.
Services
Kawaru Kaze was initially established in 2007 and moved to the Johnston YMCA in 2012. All of our instructors volunteer at the YMCA, and our partnership with the Johnston YMCA in NoDa allows us to offer martial arts instruction without the overhead of operating a separate building or paying instructors or staff.
