Services
Everything began in 2003 while the founding members of THE CAV were on a tour in the Middle East. They came to a realization while reading an article that reported the number of deaths taking place on U.S. soil compared to conventional and unconventional combat overseas, and the reasons why.
It became evident to them that there was a bigger enemy at hand that was threatening more Americans lives back home than any foreign enemy they had ever encountered.This threat is known as "Chronic Disease", and it had embedded itself into our American culture. Chronic disease takes around 80 percent of American lives every year, and it also takes up about 86 percent of the national medical spend.

Dynamic warm up - This is not jogging on a treadmill for 5 minutes like the globo gym. We mix it up, and we have fun doing it. We execute functional warm up movements, stretches, and mobility work that compliment the strength movements you'll be doing in the workout that day. Strength work/Skill - If it's a strength day, then you'll work on a pure strength movements (like squats, presses, deadlifts, etc).
When it comes to weight training, losing the unwanted fat, or just trying to get in shape to keep up with your kids, nutrition plays a huge role. Many people function under the myth that because they are burning extra calories while training, then they can consume whatever they wish. This is most definitely false!
The Cav Staff/Coaches are here to help, and we mean that with the deepest sense of the word. Our coaches are happy to work with you and they do it with passion. You won't find a team of individuals that will devote as much time and effort towards your health and fitness. All of our coaches hold numerous fitness certifications and accreditations from multiple fitness disciplines.
Our foundations course is one of a kind. If you are looking to learn all about THE CAV's strength and conditioning program, here is where you start. It's all about understanding your body, our foundational movements, the class workouts, and nutrition. We build you from the ground up, as we get you ready for your first group class.

I can't say enough good things about this place since I joined, I think this is best workout place I have ever been too, CAV has the best trainers and awesome people to workout with.Its been 2 months since I started working out at CAV and the experience is Wonderful.

Awesome place for someone who is just starting out in their fitness journey as well as those who have been at it for a while. Coaches pay attention to movement mechanics and the programming fits all level of fitness. All that plus an awesome group of member who are very welcoming. Not to mention a great location and facility.

I always wanted to try CrossFit and fortunately I found the perfect place. Since joining almost a year ago I have felt nothing but welcome. The coaches are all exceptional. They are all knowledgeable and encouraging. You really feel their passion for fitness and wanting you to succeed. All the members are pretty fantastic too. I really can’t say enough great things about “the Cav!” See you soon. ;)

Great coaches, great programming, super clean and well equipped gym! The coaches here have helped me with both training and nutrition to achieve my goals. Going from 225lbs down to 170lbs, and now up to a lean 190lbs, they have been a great help with setting, achieving, and evolving my fitness goals.
