Urbanity Salonspa is a local hair salon and spa in South Tampa, FL located off Kennedy Blvd. The salon is the brainchild of brother and sister team Robin McArthur and Randy Gant. The salon is a brand new, modern, beautiful space with experienced stylists and aestheticians.

I finally found a hair stylist that understand my hair! Randy is great! He cut my hair and styled it amazingly! He gave me suggestions on how I can improve my thinning hair and made me feel like he's invested in making sure my hair is amazing! The salon is cute and clean. They wipe everything between clients and it's not overcrowded so you feel safe. I highly recommend getting your hair cut by Randy!

First time getting my hair cut at urbanity by an incredibly knowledgeable stylist by the name of Chelsea. It was a greater experience by far from my usual Supercuts moments. I would say Chelsea has an incredible grasp on what my hair should be than I did. Guys get out of Supercuts and use someone who knows what they are doing. Super job with great personal customer service. Fantastic job Chelsea and thanks for your awesome attitude.

Have always heard fabulous things about Urbanity, and decided to give it a try. I went to Sylvia, and it's honestly my favorite cut/color I've ever had! She did a fantastic job! Everyone at the salon is so nice and outgoing. It's a great atmosphere. I also get my brows done by Kelly Nicole, and she's incredible! I'm extremely picky about who does my brows, and Kelly is very precise!

I get my hair done here by Sylvia, she's fantastic. Whether I'm getting a hair cut or adding highlights, she always takes the time to consult with me to make sure I get what I want. The salon itself is very cute and the chairs where they wash your hair are suuuper comfy. I always walk out of this place feeling great.

Urbanity is my go to for all things beauty! I have been seeing Randy and Josh for almost three years and I can't imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. Not only are they professional and talented, they also offer the best cut and color in town. I also see Robyn for facials. She is hands down the best I have seen. I leave there feeling like a million bucks!

Randy and Josh, best hair color and cut in town hands down. Very talented, professional, and trustworthy. when you go to a colorist for the first time and you have a picture of a superstar or a model, that's been edited and filtered and you try to achieve the same color, it will never happen from the first time it's going to take couple visits specially if you're trying to switch to blond shades.
Randy was so honest he told me it'll take couple visits, I went from black to blond and it took couple visits. my hair is the most gorgeous hair color ever, with clean healthy transformation

I wanted to like this place but the mirror does not lie. I showed my stylist, Randy, a picture from the Internet of a model with the hair color that I desired. He said that he could do this but the result was completely different. After a day, I emailed him with my concern as it was sincerely bothering me and he contacted me and made a lot of excuses and was extremely defensive, referring to his work as beautiful and saying how rare it is for someone to complain. If you are particular about your hair and if you are looking for a stylist that is at least willing to right a wrong if they made a mistake
