Carmen conceptualized The Grand Beauty Spa from a love for beauty. Her vision was to create an oasis that offers the best spa and salon services from head to toe under one roof. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve had massages in Germany, New York, and Vegas and Bruce(the masseuse) was very professional and gave a very relaxing yet therapeutic massage. They have a beautiful boutique and massage area plus a dressing area. Having their own parking lot is a plus. Plus they gave us champagne!

Dan colored and cut my hair. It was my first time at Grand Salon. He is amazing! He made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. He’s a perfectionist and I knew I would be happy with my hair. The shop is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everyone there made me feel welcome. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Dan if you’re looking for someone with excellent skills.

Place is clean and on time! I had Tanya B. for a sugar scrub, mud wrap and a massage. All the products smelled and felt amazing. Tanya was professional and detailed. I was able to relax and enjoy the process. If you need a massage and need to feel relaxed, pampered, or even just have muscle pain to be worked out, ask for Tanya B. She is the best.

This is my go to spot when I want to make my wife feel special. This is her love language. Has to be one of the best all around Spas that we have had the pleasure of frequenting. I cannot speak to everything that they do, which is sooooooo much. I know my wife has gotten her hair colored, cut and blown in the salon and she always leaves happy. What I know from experience is that the massages will transform you to another place. A much happier place than when you arrived. Original review on Facebook... 8/24: The painful experience was seeing the outcome of what was done to my girlfriend's hair and her disappointment. See comments for a photo. She rarely gets her hair done. So, she was very excited going into this. What she wanted AND was told she could get on the left, results on the right, which is basically the same hair color she went in with. The woman apologized saying she thought she could get it lighter. 3 and a half hours and much $$$ wasted.

As a business owner it is so important that I recharge so I can be the best at what I do! This week was a very challenging one for me physically. I am at the age where I just can't bounce back like I used to! So, I started searching online for spas specifically with steam rooms. The benefits of a steam bath works WONDERS on your skin! Unfortunately, i only found "questionable" establishments which offered steam services, ugh! During my search of calling around Tampa I came across this spa. I am SO HAPPY I did!!!! As soon as I walked through the doors I was amazed by the paradise-like atmosphere. The people are incredibly friendly and offered my friends and I whatever we needed! I would love to do another girls trip here. The hair cut itself was amazing. I got an angled lob with caramel balayage and my hair has NEVER looked this good. I have received so many compliments and I can't stop looking at my hair in the mirror. It looks amazing straight AND curled... what kind of haircut does that?

I got a package for my Birthday which included a 55 min massage, lunch and the use of spa (sauna,steam room, shower, etc.Everyone is courteous, professional and truly the best spa around. Highly recommend Sonia the Massage therapist she was very professional and did a good job. Will be back for sure.

I will absolutely follow Mindy to the ends of the world! She is hands down the best colorist known to mankind. I've been going to her for the last three years and I can not imagine my life without her! She literally makes me feel like a new woman each and every time! I got my hair cut and colored here and it looked cute for like a week max. The cut ended up flipping out all the time which I specifically said I didn't want. I can live with that but then my hair actually turned orange. Like there is a thick orange line around my head. I didn't want to complain so I didn't say anything but it got so bad that I finally called. I was told since it has been two months, they won't fix it unless I pay for everything again. Aftet 4 years of not cutting my hair i decided to take a leap of faith.i wanted to donate my hair. I made a appointment with Philip. I came in with one idea and he was completely honest with me that we can try it but it may not work. I gave him creative freedom. It was the best decision i made. He was very nice and has a good sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was very sweet. Once again thank you Philip for the fun cut.

I don't normally write reviews but I tried The Grand Spa on Kennedy on a whim after the spa I normally go to (Safety Harbor Day Spa) was unable to take reservations bc they're system was down due to Hurricane Irma.

Scheduling was a piece of cake, and I was given Carolina for full highlights. The salon was beautiful and pristine. Staff was very professional and accommodating. I was offered water, Tea, or coffee upon arrival. I was taken back at my scheduled time. I showed Carolina a photograph of what I wanted done. When she was finished, I looked exactly like the photograph portrayed. She nailed it! I'm still loving my new 'do! Omg!!!! Seriously the best salon in Tampa. Amy did a fabulous job on my hair and turned my awful faded blonde into a stunning chocolate with subtle highlights. Everything here is top notch with beverage service, little bites from Pane Rustica and an incredible staff. I've never received so many compliments on my hair as I have after Amy worked her magic.

Had the most spectacular mani & pedi of my life with Suzanne. From when I walked in the door until I walked out after my service, she treated me very well. Premium products in a beautiful atmosphere. The pedicure area is isolated and cozy. Everything is clean, sterilized, and fresh. Suzanne gave me a tour of all the indoor/outdoor areas around The Grand explaining along the way what I could take advantage of and I can't wait to go back for a full-day spa experience!
