Beware of non-transparent pricing, upsell tactics and management that is not on their customer’s side. My daughter consulted the menu and pricing and asked for a “highlight retouch” because it was what she could afford. A “retouch” is $60-80, a “highlight” is $200+. Instead of clarifying which service she was requesting, they booked her - of course - for the $200 service and didn’t tell her. When she arrived, there was no clarification. When I brought this to the attention of management and suggested that we split the cost of that error - they determined that they would rather lose

This was a great experience as a first time. The prices are very reasonable. I had a haircut with Giovanni, and he gave me a very detailed haircut. Visited second time for a beard detail with Gio. Really a great guy and I highly recommend. Friendly people at this location. Visit if you are in Tampa Riverwalk.

I had a great blowout with Kayte today. She was very kind and professional. She ensured I was comfortable and explained all the little touches included in their blowout like a scalp and shoulder massage! Great addition to the service. The salon is beautiful and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Amiah did my color and it turned out perfect! Exceeded my expectations. She listened to my needs, was gentle, was personable, and clearly took pride in her work.
Aaron cut my hair. It looks fabulous. He also listened, was fun to talk to, and made me feel like a million bucks walking out of the salon.
Covid precautions were on point. Was my first time back in a salon since the pandemic hit and I felt totally safe.

Exceptional prices and service!!!! Giovanni took real good care of me!!!! I've never had my hair washed before AND AFTER a cut & style!!!! I'll probably never go anywhere else for my hair. As of this writing, this place is brand new with a wide variety of merchandise as well as stylists. I looked at a few of the products and while I didn't see the bunny, there was a statement that said "tested on humans". When I go back for a cut, I'll investigate the products more. I didn't purchase any this time but if research proves them to be cruelty~free, I will
