WARNING: Do NOT rent here for your own SANITY and HEALTH. The biggest problem here are the ROACHES and the LACK OF MAINTENANCE. The walls are old and everything needs to be FIXED. If you call, the maintenance men do a sloppy job and they LIE to tenants about issues. The ROACHES are so unbearable that they find their way into the REFRIGERATOR. THERE IS NO PLACE THAT IS SAFE to put your FOOD. There's MOLD all over the place and I'm skeptical it has caused many people HEALTH ISSUES since moving in. If you can, PLEASE FIND SOME PLACE ELSE. I wish somebody would have warned us before moving here. All

I have been a resident at this particular apartment complex for 6+ years. I have never had any major issues and the small things that occurred were taken care of in a reasonable time frame. The personnel is great very caring, understanding, and professional. I highly recommend Buena Vista, to anyone.

I moved in and there was a homless man living in the apartment.After contacting staff and the police all I got was a apology and him removed within 3 hours of me calling. I believe he got in because of the outdated locks that are basically rusting off the door. The staff didn't even clean the place for me after the homeless man was removed not any money off, no cleaning service, no discounts all I got was the trauma of having a old naked man living in the apartment I was supposed to start renting .

Moved to these apartments over two years ago. Luckily I got into one of the updated units and have only had one big issue. (Roof leak into Apt). Maintenance help his great if you have an emergency, otherwise it may take a while before something gets fixed. The staff is extremely helpful, and always greet me and my dog when we are out in the complex.

If you are thinking of renting from these animals, I mean the office staff, then please listen. I turned in a letter of employment, notarized and everything, but it wasn't good enough because it said Mike on it instead of Micheal. The phone call telling me this was condescending with no explanation as to why it wouldn't work. Trying to make me feel like an idiot. I jumped though that hoop and picked a nice apartment to spend my hard earned money to live in. They wouldn't let us see it until the day we were supposed to move in. BEWARE. There are termites EVERYWHERE in these apartments. Sure they may look sort of nice outside. But it is a whole different story once you start living in here. Be prepared to see termites and spiders on the regular if you move here. Not to mention the constant ROOF LEAKS and humidity (that carry mildew and disease). Don’t be fooled, not even the price is worth it. They’ll come up with thousands of excuses to not fix your apartment problems. POOL IS CLOSED DOWN INDEFINITELY.

Really horrible experience living here. Constant issue with termites, and instead of actually fixing the problems (if and when they do), they just do simple bandaid repairs that temporarily fix the issue. Any repair we would call in for, they would never respond and we would have to constantly contact them to see if and when they are coming. The maintenance team & front office are not responsive at all and very childish. We had constant leaks all over our apartment, and therefore had buckets and pots all over the place. Complete and utter trash. Where to begin... my rent is well over $1000 a month and it is absolutely NOT WORTH IT. The balcony roof is caving in and leaking every time it rains... there are roaches in the kitchen and my dining room floor feels like it's falling through. The office ladies are extremely rude and uncaring. The "laundry facilities" are both trash with 4 working washers total out of about 15. I can't wait until my lease is up and I can move out of this hell.

These apartments are absolute junk. I lived here from July 2017 - March 2018. First weekend there. My roof leaked. It took them 3 months to fix it. There were roaches coming in from the kitchen cabinets. Staff at the front is nice when you're checking the place out and before you sign the lease. Then after that, they turn into a bunch of liars. Promising to fix things and they don't. My electricity would go out when I turned the heat on. ABSOLUTE JUNK. Then when I moved out, they lied to my new apartment complex stating that I didn't pay my rent. Which was an absolute lie. Luckily

The property manager and office staff, are working hard to improve everything and bring the community together. Brand new playground equipment was installed this year which has stayed in great shape! The complex hosted their first trunk or treat event for Halloween this year, and this morning they were handing out bagged breakfast at the entrance for everyone leaving to start their day which was such a pleasant surprise.
The apartments are older and there are a few cosmetic minor flaws which are to be expected. The bedrooms are huge and rent is good for the space you have. My maintenance requests

I wouldn't even consider this place a one star apartment building the place is falling apart the roof leaks and there's termites everywhere my shower doesn't work from the shower head so I basically have to take a bath the front office does absolutely nothing to try and fix anything this place needs to be torn down and for a real apartment complex be built

We had bad termites all over the house. They came to spray twice. The third time I complained to the manager as I have antique furniture I didn't want to get ruined. He said he would send a pest control guy out and he never came. We were told that we would be getting new cabinets and to be patient. I am gone now and we never got new cabinets. After the termites disappeared for a while it was followed up with spiders and spider webs everywhere. I know that there where others who had termite problems also. I was so excited to move my family here in July but it has been one thing after another. We are suppose to have a updated/renovated townhouse but it is just a mess. First it was raining down stairs when we ran the upstairs shower, then we had to call a few times to tell them the dryer vent isn't working so our clothes would not dry (still isn't fixed). Now the roof is leaking in 3 different spots in my infants room and no one has come to fix it a day later. For almost 1400 a month I expected so much more. Where do I begin? I'll try to keep it short. The office staff doesn't care about you or the property, there are rats crawling around above the ceiling, my floor is falling through, roaches, the sliding glass door doesn't slide, no one picks up their dogs feces and nothing is done about it, you can't get a couch in the unit without putting deep holes and scratches in the walls because the layout are ridiculous, if you have direct tv the apartment will remove your dish without notice or reason to, nails are sticking up from the floors, and many many other issues.
