This is one of the cheapest apartments in town- but on that note it is also pretty dumpy. They boast about brand new laminate wood flooring but it is not even installed correctly. The AC is old and broke a few times. The sidewalks constantly flood, there is never enough visitor spaces. Rent is cheap but they tack on a bunch of fees. Everyone that works there is fine just the complex isn't up to par. I would not recommend and save your money (and deposit which they steal from you) and get a better place.

All in all great apartment complex, lovely landscaping that gives the apartment a unique identity to the place. Great staffing, they were very helpful throughout the whole process of my apartment application. The first day I moved in to the apartment, I really like to make sure everything is perfectly fine and inspected tin the apartment and only found that one of the handles in the bathroom sink was not working and they were really quick to get it looked at and fixed.Really good people and great apartment so five stars for Oasis at Bayside.🙌🏼

We have lived here almost 10 years and have been through many new owners, name changes and staff. We have never had an issue with maintenance or the office staff. Everyone is friendly and prompt when needed and the wonderful people in the office practically fall over themselves to see that your needs are taken care of. Our property manager Marisella is kind and attentive. Nothing else matters to her more than keeping us happy and safe. I'd have to say that in all my years I'm lucky to have been able to have such kind office staff who care like they do. It sure takes the stress out of renting.

Me and my wife have been at oasis at Bayside for almost 3 years and are about to renew our lease for the third time. in that time our air conditioning has never worked right. I have included screenshots of our maintenance history to show that although things may be marked completed they obviously have never been fixed permanently. they did replace our extremely old unit last year but even with that they have never fixed the root problem. now we have been without AC the entire weekend and it is far from the first time that this has happened. No update on a Monday and still trying to sleep in a 79

Oasis has been one of the smoothest transitions i've ever experienced living in an apartment. Coming from the Midwest, the leasing office staff has been very vocal and communicative with me upon my arrival to Florida. In addition, they will work with you if their are any issues regarding the apartment and will be willing to do what they can to ensure their tenants are happy with the place. Lastly, the exhibits are clean and undergoing changes that benefit the quality of life of their tenants. I've thoroughly enjoyed living and working with Oasis At Bayside so far.

I moved here blindly from across the country, the management has been a step above all the rest. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable, if people are leaving bad reviews I'm going to assume they never truthfully brought issues up with the office because if they had they'd have been sorted out fast. Maintenance is also great, their response time is crazy fast. Marisela is a wonderful property manager, she's always in a great mood, remembers your name and always greets you with a smile.

These apartments are great! They are nice and quiet. Great place for families to live!! I have lived here for 2 years and have never dealt with bugs inside. Which to me is amazing!! They have a beautiful pool and a nice playground for kids. The laundry room is always nice, clean and its open 24/7 so that’s a big plus!! The staff is amazing here!! The ladies in the office are always there to help you with any issue. They get back to you quickly on any issues you might have and they do their best to fix it. You can really count on them! The maintenance people are amazing here as well they keep
