It deserves NO stars.
Worse management I have ever seen.
Bed Bug issue 1st night there. Waited 2 weeks for response. Had to move out. Nothing was fixed before I moved in. Unresponsive and ignored all communication.
DO NOT RENT from this place. Finally got my deposit back after 2 months. No return of rent when only there for 1 week out of 2 months.
This place needs to be closed down. Do not believe a thing they tell you. They are a disgrace to rental agencies everywhere.

ROACHES, RATS, BED BUGS. Do not rent here, or any property involved with “KRI Properties” in general. I have attached photos of some of the many issues I encountered while living at this property. Unit 223 has a serious roach infestation, the neighbors on each end also confirmed this issue in their homes as well. I moved in on June 16th, by June 18th my boyfriend and I were contacting SHAREN & JURENE for pest control. Jurene proceeded to blame THE ROACHES COMING OUT OF THE WALLS on us. They did not even bother to CONTACT pest control until 5 days later. There were old boxes in the attic, given

Absolutely terrible. Moved in over a month ago and things still aren't working. Ac has been looked at 3 times with 3 different results. 82 degrees everyday with a 300 dollar electric bill. Unprofessional. Was told to stop calling about our ac. Work orders havent been taken care of. Etc. Dont waste your money. You can find something better, unfortunately we are stuck in this lease for a year.
