After growing up as a competitive gymnast, swimmer, and runner, I spent a decade as an engineer at a Fortune 500 company, sitting at my computer for up to 12 hours every day.I desperately wanted to get back in shape and was craving an intense workout that my body could safely handle. At the same time, I began thinking about a career change in hopes of finding something equally challenging yet personally fulfilling.

I returned to this gym after taking a break from working out during COVID. I am in my late 40’s and I was terrified. Would it be dangerous? Could I keep up?
Melissa made sure a had correct form and I was able to get a customized work out. Everyone needs to be vaccinated. We are masked the whole time and it is more than comfortable.
There are not many people who take advantage of going to these classes. Take advantage of the increased safety and individualized attention and come to class!

Sweat + Soul is my happy place. I have been attending classes for about 5 years+. I have tried classes at Barre Method and Pure Barre to give myself perspective.
Sweat + Soul has a gorgeous studio. The instructors are all unique but carry the same principles. There is an emphasis on form and technique, but it is still artistic. I especially love Melissa, Richies, Leanne, Brandy, and Mark’s classes.
I have a background in some dance, Acute Rehabilitation nursing and love athleticism. Barre will improve your flexibility, strength, and neuromuscular ability.

First Barre class and I loved it! I felt every part of my body being worked out. My teacher Melissa was excellent at guiding, pushing, and making sure I had the correct form down. Super stoked for my unlimited 2 week special for $49. The deal is limited! So donʻt miss out. I am so happy that I found a fitness program that I actually love!! Iʻve tried many different workouts, this one is a keeper.

I literally have nothing negative to say about this place.
My friend first invited me to try barre classes for the first time sometime last year. Since then, we've made it a habit (or at least are attempting to) to come once a week.
So far, we have been to classes taught by about three different instructors. We've found that each instructor, obviously, has a different teaching style/personality and may focus slightly more on a different part of the barre experience--but you honestly can't go wrong with anyone because you're 100% guaranteed to get the workout you signed up for. Ha!
