Hi! My name is Gilbert Ching and I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years. I have prior experiences working in the clinical setting as a Physical Therapist aide and also as a level 2 personal trainer at a big box fitness gym. Can't say enough good things about Gilbert. His helping to achieve your goals is unmatched. And his knowledge of how to work each muscle group, how to burn calories, and how to stay healthy is what makes him so good. Eveything from starting off with easy food preparations to match your body's requirements, to working on specific muscle group to reach your goals, and even keep you motivated when not in the gym.

Gil is the real deal. I stayed away from big gyms because I'm just a regular person that wants to improve my overall health which includes better fitness...
Gil has classes and personal training sessions that are doable for regular folks and challenging for those that are already fit.
