Hi! My name is Amanda and I started my personal training journey in 2007 at The National Personal Training Institute in Santa Monica, California. I took my passion for helping others, love of food and being outdoors and combined them into a career that I truly enjoy. I always keep the workouts fresh and conversations about food open.

I am passionate about finding ways to fit health and fitness into your life. I want you to function optimally at being YOU: meet the physical demands of your job, devote energy to your family, be competitive in your sport, or simply move confidently in daily life. Together, through dedication and commitment we can achieve your goals.

Amanda is the best! Her programming combines the best of fitness and physical therapy to not only get you the results you want looks-wise, but ensure you're building real strength to help you live a healthier life overall. Beyond that, she's a true gem of a human being, truly cares about her clients both in the gym and beyond. Can't recommend enough!

Definitely the best trainer in every format! She is thoughtful and thorough and truly so knowledgeable. I have trained with her in person ( pre covid) in both group, and small group, as well as private. I have also trained with her over zoom. No matter what it’s a thoughtful workout that pushes me to meet my goals and then some! I am stronger, I understand my body more, I appreciate my body more, I learn something new, I work hard, and I feel joyful each and every time we workout! And bonus! She is an amazing human!

Amanda is a great trainer! I've been training with her for years and have recently signed up for her Zoom boot camps. They've been a lifesaver during quarantine. Who knew home workouts in my living room could be so hard? She keeps the workouts fun, fresh and engaging. I'm always sore after. The class is fun and full of good people. Would recommend her to anyone.

Amanda is professional, personable, and fun to work out with. I have worked out with her both in person and through Zoom workouts during Covid and she never fails to keep me engaged, on task and extremely sore the next day. Her workouts are fun and challenging and designed so that you see your progress each week. She explains and demonstrates each move well so that you know what to do, and she gives alternatives to exercises if you are unable to perform them for whatever reason. I highly recommend Amanda’s classes if you want to work out in a supportive environment and start seeing great results

I joined Amanda's Zoom workouts during Covid once everything shutdown. I am mostly a runner and was getting bored with other online fitness options. I always love the workouts and feel stronger every week. Each week is something a little different and new, never boring!

Amanda is my dream coach and trainer, and I’m not exaggerating. She gives such detailed, specific exercises that I always know I’m doing what’s best for my body. She has an intuitive way of explaining the best form for the best results and I’ve had incredible results while also having a lot of fun. I think I’ve texted her a million great reviews that should go on her website or something, so I had to write her up here!...okay, i searched and found one text I wrote to her...

Amanda is amazing. You won’t regret hiring her. I mostly run for fitness and then take Amanda’s zoom classes twice a week for strength training. Plus, you will just love her personality! She’s a fun person to be around for an hour of exercise’

I'm not a huge workout fan...I'm in my late 50's, and needed to tone-up and slim down, so I called Amanda, an incredible trainer with workouts you actually look forward to!
She creates specialized training programs every session, councils on dietary/weight loss, and takes an interest in what motivates you.
I lost weight, and gained a friend!
